Registered Residential Care Home Manager
Based in Abergele
Permanent Job with Salary of £25,000
We are working on behalf of our client who provides Residential services to adults with emotional and behaviour difficulties and Autism.
The Home is a specialist service registered for 5 adults with Autism, Learning Disabilities and Challenging Behaviour. You must be prepared to be hands on as this is a challenging but rewarding role as you will be responsible for the day to day running of the Home.
The successful candidate will have experience of reviewing processes to identify necessary changes and implementing these changes effectively, as well as a detailed knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation including the Care Standards Act 2000 and standards prescribed by the National Assembly for Wales and the Welsh Office.
The following qualification is required to fulfill this role; Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services (Adults Management) or equivalent.
